We accept PayPal payments or direct checkout with credit and debit card through PayPal.


Within five days after your order is placed and the payment is done our team begins with the crafting of the order. For non made-to-order orders, such as ready to ship pairs of shoes or other items, there is not the option for cancellation, as the products are prepared to be shipped the same to the next day. The cancellation of order for made-to-order shoes or changes to the specifications can only be done within the five days after the payment. For cancellations after five days have passed since the order is placed online, there is a 10 euro cancellation fee for the materials used and work done to initiate the crafting. Our turnaround time might vary depending on workload. As our products are handmade by our small team in our workshop, the crafting time usually takes about two to three weeks.

Please contact us to know about our current turnaround time. We ship the product as soon as it's complete. This does not apply to national holidays and strikes affecting the shipping procedure, as the third party services may be closed.


We ship worldwide via registered priority air mail through the Hellenic Post Office (ELTA).

All Leather samples ordered will be shipped via registered priority air mail within 5 working days.

Please, double-check the address you provide during checkout. In case of PayPal payment we can only ship items to the PayPal address you have submitted. We want your order to reach you safely and as soon as possible and we do are best to ensure this. 

In case of packages returning as "unclaimed", the customer is liable for the cost of second postage.


Registered International mail is a secure, low-cost shipping service and your package is accompanied by a tracking code*. We use this service for all packages shipped.

Within 3 days from the date of shipment, you'll be notified and we'll provide you with the tracking number of the delivery. 
The post person will have to deliver the package personally to you, so your signature will be required. In case you can't be reached at the address you provided, a notice will be left there, so you can arrange delivery or pick the package up from your local post office. We retain the right to ship pairs of the same order separately. In this case, you'll receive more than one tracking code.

*Registered packages are track-able through all stages for most countries but there are a few exceptions. Please, check with your National Post to learn if they provide tracking for Registered International Mail.


If you need your item to arrive at a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to arrange the details. The courier service we use for Express shipping are SPM/EMS which are cost-effective and have been proven to be reliable over the years.



Since early 2020, after measures for COVID19 were taken worldwide, standard shipping to U.S. Canada and Australia may take up to 4-8 weeks. If you would like to upgrade the shipping method, please contact us to receive a quote on SPM expedited 6-day delivery.

For EU deliveries, the standard service takes about 2-3 weeks.

Once your order is completed and shipped, it usually takes 7 working days for deliveries in Greece, 7-10 days for deliveries in Europe and 15-20 working days for the rest destinations.
There are also options for express delivery available at an extra cost. If you're interested please contact us to receive a quote.

We're not liable for delays caused by the third-party postal and courier services and thus we can't guarantee a specific arrival date. 

Buyer is liable for any customs charges that might occur.


When it comes to customized footwear in terms of foot-bed's fit, colors, upper's designing, upper's volume customization, differences between the shoes of a pair etc. these items are not refundable, in accordance to laws on such sales.
We can accept returns of footwear for refund of their cost when they are ordered in one of our standard sizes and the colors originally featured. For us to refund or exchange the item, you have to contact us via email at [email protected] about the issue within 7 days upon receipt to get return approval and directions and ship the item back within the next 7 days (total of 14 days from receipt of the package). 

We will only proceed to a refund if the returned item upon inspection is found to be in new, resell-able condition. There will be no refunds for footwear that show signs of wear and tear. Signs of wear and tear include, but are not limited to, marked and/or dirty soles, creased uppers and scuffs on the leather. We request to try your new shoes in a carpeted area and only wear them outdoors once you have decided you'll be keeping the pair as is.

We do not charge any restocking fees on returning products. Please make sure to return the item in it's original box or another similar cardboard box, if the original one is not available. We can't proceed to a refund in case the returned item shows damage caused by unsafe packaging. Shoes that are exchanged once are not eligible for a return and refund.

*Please, include in the returning package any documents you received with or in the original package.*

The money will be refunded to your account, through the method you paid, after we receive the returned product and has gone through the routine condition inspection. Please, allow 1-2 weeks for processing.


In regards to exchanges we offer one free altering/exchange per pair, even for totally customized items. When it comes to customized footwear in terms of colors, upper's designing, upper's volume customization and differences between the shoes of a pair, the free exchange is for the same design and color. If your item is customized and you need to exchange with a different style and/or in a different color, we offer this possibility with a charge of 50% of the cost of the product, plus the difference of the cost with the new style you'll pick, if there is one. After the one free exchange, shoes are not eligible for another exchange. Contact us to see if we can arrange a second exchange and what charges may apply.

In case of an exchange or altering, we will start crafting the new item after we have received and inspected the condition of the returned pair. We can only proceed to the exchange or altering if the returned item is in new, resell-able condition. We can't exchange footwear that show signs of wear and tear. Signs of wear and tear include, but are not limited to, marked and/or dirty soles, creased uppers and scuffs on the leather. We request to try your new shoes in a carpeted area and only wear them outdoors once you have decided you'll be keeping the pair as is.

Please make sure to return the item in its original box or another similar box if the original one is not available. We can't proceed to an exchange, in case the item shows damage caused by an unsafe packaging, during shipping.

There's a possibility that the same leather/color/texture and/or other materials won't be available in our stock, so we retain the right to cancel and refund the order if we cannot come to an agreement with the customer for an alternative option available at that time.


While the return shipping cost in all the above cases is liability of the customer, in case of a return due to production error and cases of defective items, we will gladly cover all shipping expenses. Please, keep proof of postage with the cost you paid, as this has to be sent to us before we refund any shipping fees. Customers are liable for keeping tracking information for returns.  In case of an exchange, the cost shipping back to us will be on you, and we will resend the new or adjusted item at our expense. When you ship items back to us, make sure to label the package with no declared value and mark it as "returned goods" to avoid any faulty custom charges. 
Buyer is liable for any customs charges that might occur due to mislabeling of returning packages.

Please, make sure to include your name and order number in the returning package so we can track your order's history in our system and contact you without delay.

Correct Toes™ can be returned or exchanged within 30 days (in original condition and ALL original packaging).

Correct Toes™ offers a 30-day-no-worries return policy, with a 90-day materials warranty, if they split or break during use.

All initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Any cost associated with shipping a product back to us will be the responsibility of the customer. We will ship the exchanged or replacement product to you free of charge. If you are between sizes, you may purchase both the smaller and larger size and then return the pair that does not fit. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not gone through to the crafting team and has not been worked on, we will prompty proceed to a full refund of the cost plus shipping cost.
